150th Anniversary Log Cabin Quilt Raffle

Local West Virginia reenactor and longtime RMBF member Diane Tennant is spearheading a project to benefit Rich Mountain Battlefield Foundation. She’s using her talents and time to create a one-of-a-kind 150th Anniversary Quilt to be raffled off at the July 2011 Rich Mountain Reenactment.

This quilt is being hand quilted by Diane and other friends of RMBF using the maple leaf log cabin pattern also known as scattered leaves. The quilt is approx 80x80 in size.

As of May 2010, the quilt is not quite complete but will be on tour as soon as it is ready for viewing and purchasing chances. Help support RMBF! Tickets for the quilt are on sale now for $5 a chance by contacting the RMBF office.
